Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions about our blog. If you do not find an answer here, please use the Contact Us link above.

What is this blog about?
This blog covers a wide range of topics from photography and fine art to the latest in music and film. The primary reason the blog was created was to allow our clients and everyone else a chance to communicate with our photographers outside of the studio and about topics other than weddings. No topic is off limits. If you have a topic you would like us to comment on, please use the Contact Us link and tell us about it. You never know, it may end up on our blog.
Can I comment on an article?
Sure. Most, if not all, articles will allow you to make comments. You can comment as many times as you want on a single article. There is a 10 second wait period between consecutive comments. This is done to prevent spamming our email servers. On a select few articles, commenting may be disabled. This is usually done to an article that is primarily used for informational purposes only. If you encounter problems when you try to comment on an article, please use the Contact Us link above and tell us about it.
I have trouble viewing larger images when I click on a thumbnail. What's wrong?
This website employs the latest in web technologies. You will need to have JavaScript enabled and be using a modern browser. If you are using a modern browser and do have JavaScript enabled, try waiting for the entire page to load before clicking on a thumbnail. If you click on a thumbnail before the browser has downloaded our JavaScript library, the browser will not know what to do when you click on the thumbnail. If you continue to have problems, please view our browser requirements. You may also contact the studio by using the Contact Us link above.
If I see a picture from my wedding or portrait I don't want posted, how do I get it removed?
We always take great care and sensitivity when selecting images to post. However, if you see an image that you want removed, simply use the Contact Us link above and include the article title in your message. We will then remove it as soon as possible.
Why do I have to give you my email address when I comment on an article?
We employ several measures to protect ourselves from having our website spammed. One way to do this is to have the user provide a valid email address when commenting. From time to time we may have to contact the individual that made the comment to notify them that their comment was deleted or if the comment was inappropriate. We do not and will not sell, rent or distribute your email address to third party marketing agencies or any other company or individual. Your email address will not be placed in any mailing list.
